Complete Heat-Treatment Parts Cleaning

— All Under Vacuum.

BIOVA

Pre-cleaning, final immersion cleaning, reduced-pressure vapor rinsing

and vacuum drying — all four stages fully automated in a single chamber.

PROBLEM

Sound Familiar?

Common Challenges in Heat-Treatment Line Cleaning

悩むイメージ

Heat discoloration and oxide scale, residual contamination in blind holes, solvent safety management, running costs — these are the issues we hear about most often from plant engineers

54

Inconsistent Cleaning Quality

Heat discoloration and oxide scale remain,

triggering quality complaints in downstream processes.

55

Blind Holes Remain Dirty

Contaminants cannot be fully removed from complex geometries or parts that stick together.
56

Safety and Environmental Management Is Difficult

Managing ignition risk and preventing solvent emissions to the atmosphere are constant headaches.
57

Too Costly, Too Labor-Intensive

Solvent consumption and thermal oil replacement drive up running costs and maintenance workload.
SOLUTION

Problem Solved — With BIOVA.

電球 アイコン

Four stages, one chamber, fully automated vacuum cleaning

— delivering cleaning performance, safety and cost efficiency all at the highest level.

1

Four Stages, One Chamber, Fully Automatic

Pre-shower cleaning → final solvent shower fill and immersion cleaning → reduced-pressure vapor rinsing → vacuum drying, all processed automatically within a single chamber.

2

Outstanding Safety

Every stage runs under vacuum, so oxygen concentration stays low and the process is inherently safe. Nitrogen is used only for emergency fire suppression.

3

Cleans Blind Holes and Nested Parts

Because the solvent never contacts the atmosphere, heated cleaning is possible. Repeated vacuum/re-pressurization cycles during immersion cleaning remove contaminants even from complex geometries

4

Low Running Costs

A two-stage configuration of liquid-ring vacuum pump plus mechanical booster pump achieves a high solvent recovery rate and cuts solvent consumption.

5

Low Maintenance, High Reliability

The vacuum pump is maintenance-free, and the thermal oil lasts 6,000 hours — three to four times longer than competing systems — dramatically reducing downtime.
6

Flexible Customization

Basket size, final cleaning method (jet flow, swirl, bubbling or ultrasonic) and heating method can all be tailored to your requirements.
PROCESS

How the Single-Chamber Cleaning System Works

All four stages run seamlessly and fully automatically inside one chamber.

TARGET

Parts We Clean

A large basket with a capacity of up to 1,000 kg allows heavy post-heat-treatment components to be cleaned in a single batch.

* Custom sizes are also available. For heavily contaminated workpieces, we recommend adding a distillation unit.
